What you will be doing:
- Drive income growth, vacancy reduction and asset value enhancement
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flows and business plans
- Identify opportunities for rental growth, cost savings, redevelopment and value creation
- Evaluate leasing, capital expenditure and investment decisions using robust financial analysis
- Monitor performance metrics, trends and risks across the portfolio
- Work closely with property managers, tenants, brokers and service providers
- Lead strategic asset improvement, refurbishment and redevelopment initiatives
