Description
The Opportunity (6-Month Internship)
This isn't a typical recruiting internship. It's an opportunity to learn how a world-class Talent Acquisition team helps scale an enterprise SaaS company.
At Sitetracker, Talent Acquisition is a strategic partner to the business—not simply a function that fills vacancies. During your six-month internship, you'll get to work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals and hiring leaders to help attract exceptional talent that will shape the future of our company.
You'll learn what differentiates a good candidate from a truly exceptional one, develop commercial awareness and build skills that will prepare you for a successful career in Talent Acquisition, People Operations or Human Resources.
If you're naturally curious, love solving problems, enjoy building relationships and want to understand how high-performing technology companies attract exceptional people, this internship will give you the experience, coaching and ownership to accelerate your career.
What You'll Do
From your first week, you'll become an active member of the Talent Acquisition team rather than simply observing from the sidelines. You'll work with the recruiter(s) to support our hiring efforts across Bangalore and Delhi; through this, you will learn how hiring decisions influence the growth of a global SaaS company.
You'll review inbound applications to understand what separates good candidates from truly exceptional ones, developing your ability to assess capability, potential and alignment to Sitetracker's Performance Based Hiring methodology.
You'll support the coordination and scheduling of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates and interviewers have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
As one of the first people that many candidates meet when interviewing with Sitetracker, you'll help create an exceptional first impression by welcoming candidates during in-person interviews at the office, helping them feel comfortable, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values and employer brand.
You'll also contribute to employer branding initiatives, university engagement, talent community building and recruitment marketing activities that strengthen Sitetracker's reputation as an employer of choice.
Along the way, you'll help improve how we work by supporting recruiting operations, maintaining accurate data within Lever, creating recruiting dashboards and market insights, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI tools.
As your confidence grows, you'll take increasing ownership of sourcing projects, employer branding initiatives and process improvements, giving you exposure to every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
