Working hours for this position: 6:00 - 16:00, including a 1-hour lunch break, 5 days a week.

工作职责：

1. 配送团队的管理包括招聘，调配司机，配送培训，司机工资结算和制定司机奖罚机制以确保配送团的的正常运营;
2. 熟悉周边配送区域，必要时候可以做出紧急调整和更改;
3. 监测履约数据，在处理突发紧急情况时，可以保持冷静并灵活调整配送人员确保订单准时配送和运力充足，从而保证配送效率;
4. 监测并控制配送成本，配送效率和团队履约率;
5. 在大型活动前提前和团队沟通，预估单量并保证运力充足;
6. 及时回复并处理关于订单的客诉，对顾客负责。可以安抚顾客情绪和快速追踪订单配送信息;
7. 对订单管理，交付以及售后服务负责;
8. 具有数据分析能力，给出相关解决方案，执行力强;
9. 掌握并且熟悉各类后台系统，妥善处理日常运营中的突发情况。

Job Responsibilities:

1. The management of the delivery team includes recruitment, deployment of drivers, delivery training, driver salary settlement and the formulation of a driver reward and punishment mechanism to ensure the normal operation of the delivery group;
2. Familiar and surrounding distribution areas, and can make emergency adjustments and changes when necessary;
3. Monitor the performance data, when dealing with sudden emergencies, you can keep calm and flexibly adjust the delivery personnel to ensure that orders are delivered on time and the capacity is sufficient, thereby ensuring delivery efficiency;
4. Monitor and control delivery cost, delivery efficiency and team fulfillment rate;
5. Communicate with the team in advance before large-scale events, estimate the order quantity and ensure sufficient capacity;
6. Respond to and handle customer complaints about orders in a timely manner, and be responsible to customers. It can appease customer emotions and fast track order delivery information;
7. Responsible for order management, delivery and after-sales service;
8. Have data analysis ability, provide relevant solutions, and have strong execution;
9. Master and be familiar with various background systems, and properly handle emergencies in daily operations.

1.Possess basic IT skills, proficient in using MS office software;

2.Good at thinking, good at discovering and solving problems;

3.Possess excellent pressure resistance;

4.Excellent oral English ability.
