About the opportunity:

Working across external channels, enterprise messaging and brand storytelling, this role plays an important part in how we show up in market - supporting Charter Hall’s success as Australia’s leading diversified property investment and funds management group
How you’ll make an impact:
Shape clear, consistent communications across the business - create high quality content across announcements, articles, leadership messages, presentations and talking points that help Charter Hall communicate with clarity and impact.
Bring Charter Hall’s story to life externally - support media activity, proactive storytelling and reputation - building communications that reflect who we are, what we stand for and the value we create.
Connect brand, strategy and audience insight - translate Charter Hall’s brand narrative, enterprise strategy and investor messaging into content that engages the right audiences and supports our market presence.
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business - provide trusted communications advice, shape messaging and support leaders to communicate in a way that is clear, considered and aligned.
What you’ll bring to the team
Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise
Commercially curious and confident, with an ability to understand funds, finance and investment concepts and turn complex business information into clear, meaningful communications
Tertiary qualifications in communications, corporate affairs, journalism and/or related discipline
5-years experience in a communications role
Understanding of governance, risk and approvals in a listed or complex organisation
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, sound judgement and a practical approach when priorities shift or the path forward isn’t always clear
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
