Job Summary
The Director, Product will lead the India Product organization that supports a portfolio of product value streams focused on acquisition, growth, service, engagement, and data. As a key member of the Product Leadership team, this role will lead a team to drive product strategy, execution, and iteration on our product journeys. This role will navigate the intersection of technology and customer experience to deliver products that drive engagement and growth. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Design, Customer Experience, Business, Finance and other cross-functional partners, to deliver high quality solutions that unlock continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Own and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the product organization. Ensure that the product roadmap reflects this vision and adapts to market trends and customer need. - (40%)
- Partner with leaders to develop strategies based on data, user and market research. Gain a deep understanding of merchant customers to evolve features and explore new ideas. Use insights from research to drive product discovery and development. - (30%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, strategy, and progress. Regularly update stakeholders on the status of product development and ensure their feedback is incorporated. - (20%)
- Coach and grow team members into long-term company leaders, scaling the team in alignment with company strategy. - (10%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or related field of study.
- 13-15 years of experience in product leadership in a payments company, building technology-enabled lending products and experiences.
- 6+ years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with the payments ecosystem and emerging technologies in payments.
- Experience building and delivering strategic partner-facing roadmaps.
- Extensive experience in B2B and B2C product management and strategy development.

Work Environment
- Normal office environment. As a senior leader, must work at a Bread Financial office a minimum of 6 days per month. Ability to travel 6 days a month if not located near a Bread Financial office.
