Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
As a Scrum Master/ Project Manager, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. The role includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are promptly addressed to maintain momentum. The Scrum Master actively supports collaboration among team members and stakeholders, facilitating communication and transparency. Monitoring progress and providing insights through relevant metrics are also key aspects of the daily routine, all aimed at driving continuous improvement and delivering value efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members by providing coaching and mentoring.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Scrum Master, Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and report project metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within cross-functional teams.
- Capability to foster collaboration and build consensus among diverse groups.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
