- Align candidates with Clio’s mission, values, and vision.
- Own and nurture stakeholder relationships with our R&D teams, such as Product and Engineering, to ensure effective collaboration in recruitment efforts.
- Explore and implement creative approaches to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Play a key role in enhancing our recruiting function by introducing innovative practices and processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Represent Clio with professionalism, integrity, and authenticity—hiring according to our values!
What You May Have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, high-velocity environment with a focus on strategic and complex recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, especially in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver.
- A track record of meeting hiring targets.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and implement behavioral changes that optimize recruitment processes.
- A consultative approach to recruitment: a strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset who tackles challenges throughout the recruiting process.
- Comprehensive understanding and application of HR best practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Proficiency in using diverse recruitment channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, to attract top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Experience sourcing, nurturing, and hiring passive candidates.
