Support the Americas Regional Real Estate team with real estate financial analysis, transaction support, portfolio management, and financial tracking.
The role serves as a bridge between Real Estate and Finance, helping translate real estate transactions and financial concepts into clear information for business and management decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with financial data and real estate transactions. Real estate experience is preferred, but strong financial analysis experience with an interest in commercial real estate will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare financial analysis for transactions, dispositions, and capital projects, including NPV, cash flow, total occupancy cost, and lease-versus-buy analysis.
· Support transaction due diligence, financial comparisons, business cases, and executive approval materials.
· Maintain the regional RE portfolio database, including properties, leases, financial commitments, key dates, and capital projects.
· Track project and portfolio budgets, commitments, actual spending, forecasts, and variances.
· Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on invoices, accruals, cash plans, payments, and financial documentation.
· Translate RE financial information and terminology between RE, Finance, and business teams and clearly explain financial impacts and assumptions.
· Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and portfolio reports to support management decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, real estate, or a related field.
· Strong Excel skills and experience with financial analysis or modeling.
· Good understanding of financial concepts and ability to communicate effectively with Finance and non-financial stakeholders.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Real estate or corporate real estate experience preferred
