About this position:
HomeSmart Realty West is looking for a self-motivated, service-oriented, quick learner who is adept at managing a high volume of email, resolving issues with real estate files, and creating solutions for agents, with a positive attitude, to join our expanding team as a Transaction Administrator.
Qualifications: • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred • Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
