Your Impact
The Regional Sales Lead, Americas - LCS is a senior technology commercial sales role responsible for accelerating business growth across the United States, Canada, and Latin America for Lowe's Commerce Solutions. This role drives new customer acquisition, strategic account expansion, and regional revenue performance while shaping the overall go-to-market strategy for the region. The Lead requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The individual will build and scale regional sales capability, develop market coverage strategies, strengthen executive-level customer relationships, and position Lowe's Commerce Solutions as a trusted commerce technology and retail transformation partner. Success in this role will depend on the ability to lead complex enterprise sales motions, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results across a diverse and competitive market landscape.
What You Will Do
- Own regional revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets across the Americas and drive consistent performance against commercial goals.
- Develop and execute territory-level and country-level go-to-market plans aligned to business priorities, customer opportunities, and market conditions.
- Identify, prioritize, and build enterprise pipeline across retail, ecommerce, logistics, and broader commerce sectors.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts to increase long-term customer value.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and key influencers within target client organizations.
- Lead and enable account executives, sales development representatives, and partner-led sales motions to deliver strong regional outcomes.
- Establish operating rigor around forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline to support accurate business visibility.
- Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen demand generation and market activation efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategy and business planning.
- Represent the voice of the market by sharing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and regional opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of scalable sales practices, operating rhythms, and regional execution models that enable sustained business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
- Strong experience operating within the Americas market
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against revenue and pipeline targets
- Experience engaging senior executives and building relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable commercial strategies
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master’s degree MBA
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
