Deine Aufgaben

Du machst MICE DESK sichtbar — auf den Bühnen der Hotellerie und in den Postfächern der Entscheider:innen. Marketing und Events sind bei uns kein Selbstzweck, sondern Treibstoff für die Pipeline.

• Du planst und verantwortest unsere Präsenz auf Branchen-Events und Messen (z. B. ITB, HSMA-Formate): von der Standidee über die Logistik bis zum Follow-up, das aus Visitenkarten Termine macht.
• Du konzipierst und organisierst eigene Formate — Webinare, Roundtables, Kundenevents — die die richtigen Leute in einen Raum bringen.
• Du baust unsere Marken- und Content-Präsenz aus, allen voran auf LinkedIn: authentisch und direkt, nicht Hochglanz-Corporate.
• Du lieferst dem Sales-Team Munition: Kampagnen, Materialien und Ideen, die Türen öffnen, statt in Broschüren zu verstauben.
• Du misst, was wirkt: Welches Event, welcher Post, welche Kampagne bringt qualifizierte Pipeline? Danach optimierst du — nicht nach Bauchgefühl.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, RevOps und Product zusammen. Marketing sitzt bei uns nicht im Elfenbeinturm.

Dein Profil

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in B2B-Marketing und/oder Eventmanagement, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Hospitality-Umfeld.
• Du hast Messeauftritte und Events eigenverantwortlich organisiert 
• Du schreibst gut und gern, auf Deutsch wie Englisch, und triffst einen authentischen Ton statt Marketing-Sprech.
• Du denkst in Pipeline und Wirkung, nicht in Impressions um ihrer selbst willen.
• Du bist organisiert genug, um fünf Dinge gleichzeitig zu jonglieren, und pragmatisch genug, um selbst anzupacken.
• Erfahrung in dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Unternehmen von Vorteil — du kennst das Tempo und die dünne Personaldecke.
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch.

Ein Pluspunkt: Bestehendes Netzwerk in der Hotellerie/Hospitality. Erfahrung mit CRM- und Marketing-Automation. Grundkenntnisse in Grafik/Design.
