Our Finance & HR team is looking for a new member with a clear focus on HR. You’ll take ownership of operational HR tasks while also having the opportunity to contribute to finance projects, depending on your interests and prior experience.

At Blickfeld, you’ll work in an agile scale-up environment with flat hierarchies, where your ideas are not only welcome but also put into action.

## Your tasks

**HR Operations:** You’ll own our HR operations, handling everything from benefits and contract administration to maintaining employee master data and day-to-day people management.

**Recruiting:** You’ll support our recruiting efforts, from posting job ads and daily candidate correspondence to onboarding new team members.

**Employee Surveys:** You’ll design our employee surveys, coordinate their execution, and analyze the results.

**Performance Reviews:** You’ll organize our bi-annual performance reviews and prepare the evaluations.

**Team Events:** You’ll plan and organize team events for the entire company, including monthly get-togethers for regular exchange and a larger quarterly event focused on team bonding.

**Additional Projects:** You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting ad-hoc projects.

## Your profile

**Education:** You’re currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (or similar) with a focus on HR Management or Psychology.

**Work Style:** You work in a structured, independent, and detail-oriented way, keeping track of multiple topics at once.

**Communication:** You engage openly and proactively with people, whether in person, by phone, or in writing.

**Languages:** You communicate confidently in both German and English, orally and in writing.

**Personality:** Technical affinity and a proactive mindset round out your profile.

**Experience:** Prior experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
