Building Management System (BMS) Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To design, develop and implement software solutions for BMS system including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc.
• To design P&ID diagram
• To collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• To write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system 
• To monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
• To develop and maintenance manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• ·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering
• ·Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants
• ·Proven track record of the successful delivery of projects
• ·Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to Chiller plants
• ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• ·Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
• ·Possession of Niagara N4 certification is an added advantage, and having experience in BMS programming with Niagara framework and PLC control
