Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead wafer test engineering and R&D activities to support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product Test Engineering, Test Technology, Business Lines, and Operations to evaluate and release First-of-a-Kind (FOK) test solutions into production
- Support implementation and release of new wafer test cells, including testers, probers, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and hardware configuration upgrades
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new test technologies and tools to support future semiconductor product roadmaps
- Troubleshoot complex wafer test issues and drive root cause analysis to improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to optimize test efficiency and manufacturing performance
- Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing master data, tooling setup, and operational processes
- Support global quality and reliability initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and engineering innovation
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering within R&D, product development, or manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Wafer Test Engineering, ATE platforms, probe card technologies, and semiconductor test hardware
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, yield improvement, and test process optimization
- Knowledge of wafer probers, package test handlers, and semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), test development, or hardware technology development is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Self-driven, independent, and capable of managing complex technical projects with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within multicultural and international organizations
- Fluent in English
