Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage patient interactions, appointments, inquiries, and administrative coordination while ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and professionally assist patients and attendants upon arrival.
- Register patients accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors, services, billing, and promotional offers.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Manage doctors' schedules and coordinate clinical processes.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
Requirements
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
- Trilingual communication ability will be an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
