We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking legal professional who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to a dynamic business environment to join our client team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management and various stakeholders while gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate legal matters.
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: 1 Years Contract (Renewable / Conversion to Permanent based on performance)
Remuneration : up to RM 8,000
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, prepare, and manage various contracts and legal agreements for the company.
- Ensure all contracts and legal documentation comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
- Provide practical legal advice and support to management and relevant business functions on legal matters.
- Coordinate and liaise with external legal counsel and law firms in relation to litigation and other legal proceedings.
- Assist management with other legal-related projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, with in-house experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
