We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Service Advisor to join our team full-time in our repair department.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
- Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments, check in vehicles, and invoice completed work.
- Order and organize parts for jobs
- Support technicians and ensure smooth shop workflow.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive, upbeat attitude and team-player mindset.
- Comfortable with computers (no deep technical knowledge required).
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive setting is a plus.
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time hourly pay (based on experience).
- Future bonus program after training period.
- Monday–Friday schedule (no late nights or weekends).
