- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, events, webinars, thought leadership and client engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign execution, follow-up activity and reporting to help maximise commercial outcomes.
- Assist Business Development Managers with prospecting, market research, target identification and outreach activities.
- Support proposals, capability statements, credentials and case study management.
- Contribute to client development initiatives, helping coordinate activity across priority accounts and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and utilise marketing and sales technology platforms including Salesforce, Marketo and other related systems.
- Support sales enablement programs, training initiatives and capability-building activities.
- Coordinate Partner and Director profile updates and support onboarding activities.
- Work collaboratively across Marketing Operations, Business Development & Growth, Revenue Operations and Clients & Strategic Projects to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure activity is coordinated and aligned to business priorities.
- Experience in marketing, business development, communications, client service or a related field.
- Experience supporting campaigns, events, business development initiatives or project delivery.
- Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivery.
- Interest in understanding how marketing and business development work together to drive growth.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation or project management platforms will be highly regarded.
