MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :
• CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in PE, VC, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Big 4
• Strong hands-on experience in due diligence and financial analysis.

brands and businesses. The firm partners with ambitious founders across sectors such as
consumer, food & beverage, personal care, health & wellness and lifestyle, providing capital and
strategic support to build and scale category-defining businesses.
JOB ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Lead and support financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments.
• Analyse financial statements, business performance, cash flows and key operating metrics.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, identify key risks and assess value-creation potential.
• Work with management teams and external advisors across due diligence and transaction
execution.
• Review financial models, business plans and forecasts.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for senior management / Investment Committee.
• Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring activities.
QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE :
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in PE, VC, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Big 4.
• Strong hands-on experience in due diligence and financial analysis.
• Strong academic and professional pedigree from reputed institutions/organisations.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and communication skills.
• Prior exposure to PE/VC transactions or investment evaluation preferred.
