Leads Business Analysis activities for complex initiatives, operating independently while influencing decisions and mentoring less experienced analysts.

- Lead end-to-end analysis activities
- Facilitate discovery workshops
- Perform root cause and impact analysis
- Assess data and integration impacts.
- Define data and interface requirements
- Partner on solution design
- Drive decisions through options and trade-offs
- Identify risks, assumptions and dependencies
- Challenge assumptions before solutioning
- Coach junior analysts

- Several years BA experience
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management

- IIBA CCBA/CBAP
- PMI-PBA
- PSM/PSPO
Business Domain Knowledge
- Experience in one or more O2C domains
Tooling Experience
- Jira
- SAP/PEGA/Salesforce
- BPMN (Aris of similar)
- AI tools
