Overview
Position summary
As a field application chemist, you are responsible for customer support with Bruker’s mass spectrometry. You are required to deal with customers for problem solving, pre-sales activities and customer training.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities
- Provide competitive experimental analysis data using MALDI biotyper for business growth
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and scientific presentation
- Support application training for installed MBT systems
- Coordinate various problems working with service team for customer’s success
- Develop KOL in the market and maintain productive relationship with customers
- Support application and technical training for distributors
- avaliable travel all region in Korea and overseas.
Qualifications
Job requirements
- At least 3yrs Work experience in supporting microorganism-related equipment or consumables in a hospital laboratory or service lab
- Experience in MALDI or Mass spectrometry business
- Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a cooperative team environment
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
Preferred Experience/Education/Skills
- More than 2 yrs of MALDI or microorganism-related equipment experience
- MS or Ph.D. degree using Microbiology or chemistry in the field of clinical or similar study
