Required Skills/Abilities:
- Winner mindset — someone who treats setbacks as fuel, not friction
- Results-oriented motivation — you measure your day by activity, conversations, and progress made
- Strong teamwork orientation — you see yourself as part of a broader commercial engine, not a lone operator, and you actively support your teammates' success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to earn credibility quickly with scientific and clinical audiences

- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong phone, email, and written communication skills
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity and CRM discipline (Salesforce.com, HubSpot or similar)
- Ability to learn, understand and articulate technical/scientific concepts (therapeutic areas, clinical trial phases, feasibility) to a sophisticated buyer
- Self-motivated, organized, and metrics-driven
Education and Experience:
- 1–3+ years of inside sales, SDR, or lead generation experience, ideally in clinical research, CRO/SMO, life sciences, or healthcare B2B
- Prior experience in life sciences, CRO/SMO, pharma, or biotech commercial roles is a plus, but a strong work ethic and coachability matter more than a perfect resume
