What you’ll be doing – The Role
As a Client Development Representative, you are responsible for managing and expanding relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on account retention, client satisfaction, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and ensuring service excellence. The CDR serves as the primary point of contact for client needs and collaborates closely with the Branch Manager and internal teams to support overall business performance.
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships with all assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, including product changes, equipment needs, office moves, budgeting support, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records within company systems, including billing profiles, contacts, custom items, pricing, and delivery notes.
- Write and input all customer orders according to daily route schedules, including prewrites, inventory, email orders, and opt-out orders.
- Handle and resolve customer opportunities and service issues; maintain a log of client activities to review weekly with the Branch Manager.
- Update, prepare, and present service agreements for renewal prior to expiration.
- Ensure pricing, terms, and product offerings are accurately reflected.
- Create proposals and presentations to expand account revenue through new products, add-on equipment, and additional service channels.
- Conduct routine on-site client visits to identify new revenue opportunities, confirm service levels, and strengthen relationships.
- Build and foster a network of referrals and provide leads for new business to Blue Tiger and First Choice sales representatives
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of all products, equipment, and service offerings.
- Stay informed about competitor activities to better position Daiohs offerings.
- Assist with branch initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Requirements
What you’ll bring – The Person:
- Valid Driver’s License for at least 2 years
- Sales Experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service.
