- Collaborate with global industrial clients to optimize operations and design business solutions across the entire industrial value chain (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations).
- Formulate strategic solutions for complex client challenges, identifying functional best practices and modern operating models.
- Translate strategic recommendations and insights into concrete, actionable roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- You must have 5+ years of experience in the Industrial sector (Sales, Aftermarket, Service, Supply Chain, or Operations) or in management consulting focused on industrial clients.
- Deep understanding of industrial core processes and functional best practices.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively with global clients and teams.
DESIRABLE:
Hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
Functional knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Salesforce.
Experience in team development, mentoring, and capability building.

- Strong ability to translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and action plans
