Role: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse opportunity in a General Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment on day shift. Candidates must have at least two years of recent ICU specialty experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Job Type: Contract - 13-Week Contract
Shift: 12-hour days | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; Sun–Sat work week
Compensation: $40-$45/hr
Key Responsibilities
· Track vital signs and hemodynamic parameters continuously
· Monitor fluid intake, output, and electrolyte balances
· Interpret lab results such as arterial blood gases (ABGs)
· Administer high-risk medications and titrate critical IV drips
· Manage and secure artificial airways and mechanical ventilators
· Maintain invasive lines, including central venous and arterial catheters
· Troubleshoot complex life-support and monitoring technology
· Respond instantly to acute life-threatening medical crises
· Execute individualized care plans designed by physicians
· Document all care, interventions, and assessments meticulously
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience within the ICU specialty
· General Medical Surgical ICU experience
· Prior travel nursing experience
· Required BLS, ACLS
