Application Specialist I – Euroimmun Brazil (Field Position | Paraná Region)

As an Application Specialist I, you will provide technical and scientific support to customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimal use of Euroimmun solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
•    Perform installation, validation, and customer training for laboratory instruments and applications;
•    Provide technical and scientific support, troubleshooting customer issues and optimizing laboratory workflows;
•    Partner with the Sales team to support product demonstrations and business opportunities;
•    Represent Euroimmun at scientific events and customer trainings as a technical expert;
•    Prepare technical documentation and share best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Biology or Biomedical Sciences;
•    Experience in laboratory activities;
•    Technical/intermediate English;
•    Availability to travel frequently within the Paraná region, South of Brazil, and other regions, when applicable.

Principais atividades
•    Realizar instalação, validação e treinamento de equipamentos e aplicações laboratoriais;
•    Prestar suporte técnico e científico aos clientes, solucionando dúvidas e apoiando a otimização de processos;
•    Atuar em parceria com a equipe Comercial, apoiando demonstrações de produtos e oportunidades de negócio;
•    Participar de eventos científicos e treinamentos, representando a Euroimmun como especialista técnico;
•    Elaborar documentação técnica e compartilhar conhecimento, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos:
•    Graduação em Biologia ou Biomedicina;
•    Experiência em atividades laboratoriais;
•    Inglês técnico/intermediário;
•    Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes na região do Paraná, Sul do Brasil e outras regiões quando necessário.
