Description
Principal Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for export shipment arrangement of missing parts to Thailand customers, including logistics solution searching, forwarder nomination with IMS, customs license check and shipment booking placement.
2.Responsible for Sales order and Delivery note order processing in SAP for assigned CN customers spare parts business, as well as physical delivery arrangement with warehouse.
3.Support to provide quotation of GMF auxiliary equipment and EL spare parts to oversea customers, clarify related questions e.g. materials availability, lead time, & logistics arrangement.
4.Monitor open SO for assigned customers and collaborate with planning, purchasing and warehouse team to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
5.Other daily operations assigned by supervisor.
