What You’ll Do

• Repair and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Provide 5‑star service and build trust with homeowners
• Create detailed job notes, invoices, and estimates in ServiceTitan
• Represent Legacy with professionalism and pride

What You Bring

• 1+ year of residential maintenance or general plumbing experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience talking with customers face‑to‑face
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
