Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor one or more software development teams while providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions, actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical priorities, delivery roadmaps, and release timelines.
- Support Agile delivery by managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring user stories are ready for development.
- Maintain engineering best practices by enforcing code quality standards, driving innovation, and improving development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend development (Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar) with prior technical leadership experience.
- Familiarity with APIs, GitOps, and Agile software development practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; supply chain technology experience is a plus.
