We are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join in UPM Plywood to be a key stakeholder to the President and CEO, the Board of Directors and the management of WISA Group Plc, a publicly listed company to be established as a result of the partial demerger of UPM-Kymmene.

What you will do
In this role, you will provide proactive support to the President and CEO, the Board of Directors and the Group Leadership Team, ensuring smooth coordination of leadership activities, effective communication flows, and well-organized decision-making processes. You will plan and coordinate management meetings, workshops, visits, and events, prepare materials, and manage day-to-day administrative activities with professionalism and attention to detail.
You will handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate travel and key administrative processes, support the use of digital tools, and help maintain efficient daily operations. Acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will create structure in a dynamic environment and ensure that important priorities are progressed effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as executive assistant to President and CEO, while cooperating closely also in relation to the Board of Directors and the Group Leadership Team members
- Support the President and CEO and the Group Leadership Team with planning, coordination and preparation of meetings and materials
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, as well as other key administrative processes, and serve as a key user for selected tools
- Manage communication flows and handle confidential information with professionalism
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, workshops, visits and events
Who you are
- You have solid experience as an executive assistant or in a similar senior coordination role
- You possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- You have the ability to work with senior leadership of a listed company
- You have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- You are confident in using digital tools and have a willingness to learn new systems, including the use of AI
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- You have a high level of discretion and sound judgement
- Experience with board material portals and/or insider management tools is considered an asset
