Our Cooks prepare fresh, high-quality food while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently. They work closely with the team to ensure every order is made accurately, safely, and consistently while creating a great experience for every guest.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift
- Prep, stock, and restock ingredients throughout the day
- Label, date, and store products using food safety standards
- Follow FIFO, temperature, and sanitation guidelines
- Keep all kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
- Communicate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
- Report equipment or maintenance concerns promptly
- Handle guest concerns professionally and assist when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements
- Previous cook or kitchen experience required
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
