About the role
Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, this role will be based in the Philippines. This role supports global finance and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine accounting tasks such as data entry, processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing bank reconciliations
- Administration of finance mailboxes, routing of specific emails to the correct finance team members and identifying/flagging urgent requests
- Filing/Document Management
- Help identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and collaborate with the team to develop actionable, streamlined solutions
- Assist in other administrative duties and adhoc tasks as assigned
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance or Accounting
- Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
