  • Manage the IT budget, vendors, contracts, and service providers, driving cost-effective solutions, service-level accountability, and sound build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical IT issues and act as a hands-on leader who stays engaged with technical execution when needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
  • 10–12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5+ years in an IT management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry, including support of laboratory and scientific environments.
  • Strong, demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance in GxP environments (GMP, GLP, GCP), including 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation (CSV), and data integrity; working knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2.
