We're a 140-bed facility at 113 W. McMurray Rd. in Canonsburg, with a strong, tenured clinical team and a culture our staff actually enjoys being part of.

Your Day-to-Day
You'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our CNAs. You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll lead on the floor, and you'll never lead alone. Our tenured team and supportive leadership have your back.

What You'll Need

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing, and to remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
