Qualifications and Key Competencies:

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders on litigation risks and case strategy.
• Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents with precision.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, paralegals, and support staff in case preparation and research.
• Direct and coordinate law office activities related to litigation, including service of subpoenas and filing of pleadings.
• Prepare comprehensive case summary reports and litigation updates for clients and management.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis of statutes, jurisprudence, and regulatory frameworks.
• Liaise and negotiate with government agencies, courts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional codes of conduct.
• Perform other litigation‑related tasks as may be assigned by the Managing Partner or immediate superior.
• Lead and manage complex litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
