Job Description

The Opportunity

The Site Advisor serves as the Worldwide U.S. Site Advisor for an assigned location and provides leadership across both academic advising and site operations. This position is responsible for supporting students through comprehensive academic advising while also contributing to site-level operations, compliance, facilities, fiscal management, and University support.

The Site Advisor provides personalized academic advising to students, including developing degree plans, monitoring academic progress, supporting timely degree completion, and assisting students with academic policies, curriculum requirements, registration, graduation, financial aid, tuition assistance, and Veterans Affairs benefits. The position also supports student retention and outreach efforts and develops student success plans for students who are conditionally admitted or experiencing academic deficiencies.

In addition to advising responsibilities, the Site Advisor supports student communications and records management, maintains accurate student information across university systems, and provides a high level of customer service throughout the student lifecycle. The position works collaboratively with faculty and University departments to address student challenges and promote student engagement, persistence, and success.

The Site Advisor also works with Worldwide Site Management leadership on enrollment goals, community engagement, facility operations, budgets, procurement, compliance, and University initiatives. Responsibilities may include coordinating with community and government partners, supporting facility and technology needs, assisting with site budgets and expense reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable University, state, federal, accreditation, and Veterans Affairs requirements.

The successful candidate will be a student-focused professional who demonstrates strong communication, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across departments, and effectively manage multiple academic and operational priorities.
