What you’ll do :

 

• Join our Product Engineering / NPI team and contribute to the digitalization and automation of manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on practical applications of AI.
• Support the development and implementation of automation and AI-based solutions that simplify engineering workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Tests, troubleshoots, and debugs defective product units, sub-assemblies, and process steps based on established testing plans; validates testing parameters and summarizes test results.
• Implements specified changes to product or process to reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.
• Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced partners for product development and manufacturing.

 

What you’ll need:

 

• Student in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital technologies and their practical application in manufacturing.
• Basic experience with automation, data analysis, AI tools, scripting, or low-code solutions is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Czech.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a virtual and cross-cultural team.
