Birthday parties. Family outings. Friends getting together for a night of laser tag. At Battle House, our guests show up ready to have fun, and you help get their visit started.
We are hiring a friendly, dependable Front Desk Customer Service Team Member for our Wake Forest location. You will welcome guests, answer phones, help with reservations, and keep check ins running smoothly.
Looking for something different from retail or fast food? This could be your spot.
What You Will Do
- Welcome guests, check in players, and help groups get ready for their visit.
- Answer phone calls and explain pricing, game times, birthday packages, and booking options.
- Help customers with reservations and payments.
- Coordinate birthday party arrivals and communicate with Game Hosts so groups stay on schedule.
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and party areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Your main responsibility is front desk customer service. You do not need to be a gamer or know anything about laser tag to get started. We will train you.
Who We Are Looking For
You must be at least 16 years old and available to work weekends.
You should be comfortable answering phones, talking with parents and players, and learning our booking system. When several families arrive at once, we need someone who can stay friendly, pay attention to details, and ask teammates for help when needed.
Experience in retail, restaurants, reception, hospitality, or customer service is welcome, but not required. Being dependable, willing to learn, and helpful with guests matters.
