- Advanced R&O Discovery: Look beyond standard reporting lines to spot operational risks and opportunities (R&O), synthesizing mixed data inputs into concrete, practical recommendations for internal customers.
- Collaborative Alignment: Build high-trust, professional relationships with remote international teams, managing diverse stakeholder requirements with confidence.
- Local Team Mandate: Act as a core pillar and leader for local initiatives to develop the mission and purpose of the Local Team (Airbus Portugal). Strategically orchestrate the centralization of business management activities, design and enforce standardized processes across all internal customers, and structurally optimize GBS ways of working by mentoring the team in lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience: Extensive, proven track record in Business Performance, Engineering Support, or Financial Analysis, with a strong ability to manage varied tasks and interpret detailed operational data.
- Autonomy & Vision: Highly structured mastery with the ability to look at problems from a broad perspective, spot less obvious solutions, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Technical Mastery: Full mastery of Google Workspace tools (ecosystem automation, coding) and advanced Microsoft Excel data architectures.
- Languages: Fluent English is a must. French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Benefits - what’s in it for you:
- Diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
- A hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work.
- A modern office at Parque das Nacoes, well connected to public transportation.
- A motivated and fun crew to grow and build and shape the GBS together.
- An intense and exciting onboarding experience.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
