Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with experience in conceptualization and design, passionate about developing creative ideas and high-impact visual executions. This role works collaboratively with creative teams to build concepts aligned with brand strategy, leading the visual development of campaigns across digital and multichannel environments. This is a key position for proactive profiles with strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into effective creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual proposals aligned with brand strategy.

• Lead the execution of graphic pieces and campaigns across different channels, especially digital.

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick‑offs.

• Collaborate with creative teams (copy, design, production) to ensure conceptual and visual coherence.

• Translate briefs into clear, innovative, and on‑strategy creative solutions.

• Oversee the visual quality of deliverables and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

• Stay up‑to‑date with design, creativity, and digital content trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in similar roles within agencies or creative environments.

• Solid experience in conceptualization and creative development.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

• Experience in digital design; knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

• Experience in social media (desirable).

• Proactive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented profile.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative environments.
