Position: Head of Enterprise Sales (U.S.)
Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to build and scale its U.S. enterprise function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on closing complex deals, developing a team, and driving growth at a key stage.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CRO, this role will own the development of the enterprise sales function in the U.S. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including direct involvement in complex enterprise deals and team development.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and scale a dedicated enterprise sales team

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close

Act as a player-coach, supporting reps in high-value deal execution

Establish structure and accountability across sales processes

Coach and develop team members to improve enterprise selling capabilities

Partner with marketing and growth teams to maximize pipeline generation

Help transition enterprise opportunities from mid-market ownership into a specialized function
Qualifications:

Experience in a Director, RVP, or similar enterprise sales leadership role

Strong background closing complex enterprise deals

Experience managing teams of individual contributors while remaining hands-on

Proven success in startup or scale-up environments

Ability to navigate large organizations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Strong focus on execution, accountability, and team development

Industry background flexible; emphasis on sales approach and leadership
