Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. ## What you’ll do:

The focus of this role would be to lead the supplier development team in supporting Eaton production plants with supplier quality related processes (complaint, cost and DMR fee recovery, problem solving, PPAP) for Electrical, Aerospace and GEIS manufacturing EMEA sites. Additionally, the role will drive continuous improvement projects with Pune CoE and drive special programs like Supplier Quality Improvement projects focused on improving key Leading and Lagging indicators of poor performing suppliers across EMEA. The role will execute Digital projects in alignment with corporate guideline.

Main Responsibilities:

\- Lead DMR cost recovery process for all EMEA plants, identify Cost of Poor Quality linked to upstream supply chain, engage supply chain stakeholders across Eaton and supplier base to ensure effectiveness in Cost recovery process.

\- Drive Continuous improvement programs across CoE (Pune+Budapest) to standardize recovery and RTV processes

\- Actively support EMEA plants with supplier complaints (DMR) by driving problem solving activities until resolved.

\- Drive Special programs with Eaton External Suppliers focused on improve key performance indicator for Poor performing suppliers.

\- Support closure of High Severity Customer Quality Escape across EMEA region.

\- Participate in corporate driven strategy meetings and support in driving improvement through bowler chart.

\- Mentoring and continuously training the team and Eaton plants with problem solving and cost recovery processes.

\- Lead proactive discussion with production plants to standardize Supplier Quality process and fully utilize Budapest Supplier Development team.

\- Lead supplier quality support for Distributing Centers in ES EMEA to reduce number of quality issues.

\- Develop Team competency to maintain Budapest office as a COE for Supplier Quality Function.

\- Proactively drive supplier to implement corrective actions through standardised process (8D) within assigned time.

\- Learn, share, and implement Corporate quality processes into EMEA plants and Distributing Centers.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 5+ years in Quality, and 3+ years in a leadership role

## Skills:

\- Experience in a production plant

\- Technical educational background

\- Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, SPC, MSA, problem solving)

\- Excellent communication skills in English

\- Drive results
