The Vice President, Investment Banking (IB) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to  play a key role in execution of complex middle-market transactions while leveraging integrated capabilities across practice lines – a differentiated model aimed to delivery comprehensive solutions to clients. As a key member of the IB team, this Vice President will manage critical transaction workstreams across mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, restructurings, special situations and other strategic advisory engagements.
