As we continue to expand, we're seeking a driven Remote B2B Phone Sales Closer to join our high-performing sales team.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving company growth by converting warm leads into loyal customers. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment, leveraging your persuasive communication skills to close sales and exceed targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to close B2B sales over the phone.
- Utilize strong objection-handling and persuasion skills to overcome challenges and secure commitments.
- Maintain a fiercely competitive and goal-oriented mindset to consistently achieve and surpass sales quotas.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Adapt to a dynamic, high call-volume sales environment (approximately 250 dials per day).
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Benefits
