Job Description:

CNC Machinist 2nd shift – Ashland, OH-Union

We are looking for a CNC Machinist 2nd shift to join our Ashland OH team.  You will be machining parts for our pumps.

You will:

• Perform setup/teardowns and operations on a range of machines: CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS, CNC 4-Axis,
• Receive on the job training and mentoring on Pentair’s proven best practices.
• Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary.
• Produce quality parts to specification which may include deburring and cleaning parts.
• Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection.
• Perform work productively according to established standard rates.
• Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience doing the tasks listed above.
• Must be able to read Blueprints and GD&T

Key Qualifications:

• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
• Safety shoes are required for the production floor.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 2nd:  3:00pm – 11:00pm Mon- Fri
• Overtime when needed

Compensation:

The set hourly pay for this role is: $28.54/hr.
