About the location:

What you will do:

• Responsible for greeting all guests; 

• Answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the spa treatments and products; 

• Booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed; 

• You will be scheduling appointments and forwarding relevant information ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation; 

• You will be describing our Spa Treatment Menu and making recommendations to our guests for treatments and home care products, while responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence

What you bring:

• Spa Receptionist experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment appreciated; 

• Excellent communication and organization skills; 

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure; 

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills; 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload; 

• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country; 

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
