## What you’ll do:

• Lead and sustain 5S implementation across manufacturing areas.
• Monitor and improve departmental KPIs, including Efficiency and Inventory Accuracy.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities to support continuous improvement.
• Support and monitor execution of the Master Production Plan (MPP).
• Conduct and analyze time studies to improve productivity and process efficiency.
• Support and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies.
• Identify and assess requirements for production equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement and process development projects.
• Create, standardize, and maintain Work Instructions and related manufacturing documentation.
• Manage RCCP activities, including line balancing, manpower planning, and capacity increase initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement Industry 4.0 and automation solutions to improve manufacturing performance.
• Lead manufacturing execution activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including production line commissioning, line transfers, and industrialization.
• Lead factory layout optimization studies to support business growth and improve material and process flow.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, industrial engineering, or operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP/SAP
• Understanding of Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing concepts."
• Good communication skills,
• Strong organizational, presentation, communication and time management skills, results-driven.
• Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix-based organisation.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
