PE ManagerYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
- Ensure all new projects going smoothly in mechanical parts;
- To fully support sustaining projects/sustaining team in plants for hot issues problem solving;
- Training and coaching PE team.
- Supervise PE managers’ daily work and give them direction/proposal
- Participate Global PE workshop and meeting, can transfer local issues/topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team.
- Organize or lead global assignment or issues problem solving.
- Generate PE 3-5 years’ development strategies.
- Optimization PE organization.
- Build up PE team development plan.
- Optimization and standardization of PE working procedure.
- Optimization and standardization PE related IATF16949 working procedure and documentation.
What Do We Expect From You:
- Mechanical background, Mechanical engineering Bachelor or Master degree is required;
- With at least 10years working experience in automotive field;
- With at least 5 production design experience
- With at least 2 years’ department manager experience;
- English skill is required.
- Good at communication skills.
- Good at reporting skills.
