Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to enable comprehensive full stack solutions by integrating various disciplines and ecosystems. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include performing continuous testing across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and implementing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, the role requires active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing improvements in the testing process from start to finish.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to enhance testing frameworks and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement test automation strategies for complex applications.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
- Skilled in analyzing defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
