## What you’ll do:
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
Primary Function
This exciting role is part of SMC (Sales and Marketing Center). As a Business Analyst, you will be directly involved in the development of Business Intelligence Reports / Dashboards and analytic approaches to answer challenging business questions. This work will help businesses across the enterprise solve critical problems, uncover new opportunities, and turn large volumes of data into valuable, actionable insights.
Essentila Function:
- Derive, interpret, and effectively deliver the results of data analysis.
- Understand traditional and new data analysis methods.
- Utilize a broad range of technologies / tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI. Having exposure to AI, Power Apps & Power Automate is an added advantage.
- Develop reports / Dashboards using visualization tools for mobility product line teams & SLT
- Work directly with business stakeholders, and to provide quality analytics solutions that solve end-user problems.
- Evaluate business requirements to determine potential solutions.
- Assist other teams with their data science and reporting initiatives.
## Qualifications:
1. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering.
2. 3+ years of progressive experience in developing and designing technology solutions using Power BI.
## Skills:
1. Experience with SQL, DAX, Excel macro & SharePoint is required.
2. Strong Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
3. Excellent verbal, written communication skills and ability to quickly learn new domains.
4. Basic understanding of Python, R.
5. Experience working with a global team, working across multiple time zones.
6. Ability to develop relationships and communicate cross-functionally.
7. Independent and personally driven.
8. Passion for solving data related queries.
9. Resourceful.
10. Detail oriented.
11. Able to adjust to change.
